Spelt Rolls
Ingredients #
Yeast:
- 2 cubes of yeast
- some lukewarm water
- some spelt flour
- some sugar
Dough:
- 500 g spelt flour
- 300 g lukewarm water
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
preparation #
- Mix the yeast with small parts of lukewarm water, flour & sugar
- Leave yeast to rise
- Knead together with the remaining ingredients for approx. 2.5 minutes
- Divide dough into equal portions
- Bake at 200 °C for approx. 20 minutes
