Spelt Pizza
Ingredients #
- 1 cube of yeast
- 375 g spelt flour
- 250 ml lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon pizza flavour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
preparation #
- Mix and knead all the ingredients together
- Spread the dough on a tray
- Leave to rise for one hour
- Decorate pizza with toppings of your choice
- Bake at 180 °C for approx. 20–25 minutes
