Raspberry Crumble Pie
Ingredients
- 375 g flour
- 250 g margarine
- 150 g raspberry confiture
- 200 g raspberries
- 150 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
preparation
- Mix and knead the flour, margarine, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar
- Grease the baking tin or cover it with baking paper
- Spread 2/3 of the dough as a flat base with higher rim in the baking tin
- Spread the confiture over the base (more jam requires a thicker base)
- Spread the raspberries evenly
- Make the rest of the dough into crumbles and spread evenly
- Bake at 175 °C for approx. 45 minutes
